African American Students' Support Group*CLOSED
This group is designed to serve as a support system
for African American students
The group will provide an avenue for making connections
and exploring issues related to mental well-being
and successful completion of college

Anger Management Group*
This group will provide support and solutions for students who struggle with anger management
Focus will be on identifying the meaning and role of anger,
tracking the sequence of angry episodes, and exploring
healthy expression of anger

General Therapy Group*
• For students who need assistance coping with family issues,
stress, academic problems, depression, or anxiety
• The group will focus on developing coping skills, building
self-esteem, and providing support

Non-Traditional Students' Support Group*CLOSED
If you are a non-traditional transfer student, an adult learner returning to college, or just starting college as an older adult, you are likely to benefit from this supportive and interactive group
The group will focus on how performing multiple roles simultaneously can impact academic success and strategies for surviving and successfully completing college

Self-Esteem Group*
The group will offer a supportive environment for students
who wish to improve their self-confidence
This group will be interactive and focus on techniques and
strategies that are effective in improving self-confidence,
self-acceptance, and self-worth

Biofeedback/Stress Management Group*CLOSED
The purpose of this group is to provide biofeedback training that will assist in regulating each individual's level of stress
Biofeedback is the use of various technologies to provide
insight into physical cues our bodies provide us regarding
the level of stress we are experiencing

Graduate Student Issues Group*CLOSED
• An interactive process oriented group addressing individual
personal concerns along with the special and unique
needs of graduate students

Survivor Group*CLOSED
• This group will focus on how sexual assault influences
day-to-day life and relationships
The group will address common experiences of
survivor, coping skills, empowerment, identifying
