Group Counseling for OSU and NOC-Stillwater Students


 Biofeedback/Stress Management Group*
The purpose of this group is to provide biofeedback training that will assist in regulating each individual’s level of stress. Biofeedback is the use of various technologies to provide insight into physical
cues our bodies provide us regarding the level of
stress we are experiencing.

Self-Esteem Group*
The group will offer a supportive environment for students who wish to improve their self-confidence. This group will be interactive and will focus on utilization of techniques and strategies that are effective in improving self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-worth.

Women, Image, & Self-Esteem Group*
“W.I.S.E” is a 4 week psycho-educational program for any woman
interested in changing how she values herself.
If you’d like to feel less controlled by your appearance or
what others think, then this group may be for you.
This 4-week group will meet on Fridays from
1:30-3:00 p.m. on the following dates:
Oct 30th, Nov 6th, Nov 13th, Nov 20th.
This will be a small, confidential group.

If you are in crisis, an on-call counselor is available. After 5:00 pm and on weekends, counseling staff may be reached through the OSU Police, 405-744-6523.
