General Scholarships

• Several scholarships are funded through private donations, alumni gifts, and industries, and vary in amount from $400 to $2,000 per year.
• These scholarships are available for sophomore through senior students, and are awarded primarily on the basis of academic achievement and leadership potential.

Department Scholarships

• Each school or office within CEAT normally has scholarship funds available. These are administered through that school or office.

Freshman Scholarships

• Numerous scholarships are available through the College and its departments for entering freshman students who plan to major in engineering, architecture, or technology.
• These scholarships vary in amounts from $250 to $1,000.
• Prospective students need only the complete the OSU Admission/Scholarship Application to be considered.
• Freshman students should have an ACT composite score of at least 28 (SAT 1100) and ACT math score of 30 or greater, and be in the top 10% of their high school graduating class to be competitive for these scholarships.

OEF/NSPE Scholarships

• A number of engineering scholarships are awarded each year by the Oklahoma Engineering Foundation to freshman students having qualifications for success in engineering education.
• The National Society of Professional Engineers Education Foundation also sponsors several scholarships to outstanding freshman students who major in engineering.
