FORMCHAR="character-list"

character-list: any string of characters. The character string must be enclosed in double quotation marks.

Details

The configuration file shipped with the SAS System contains two FORMCHAR system option specifications, with one of them commented out. The default FORMCHAR uses the characters in the SAS Monospace and Sasfont fonts. If you use a different code page other than the standard code pages, comment out the FORMCHAR system option that was active in the configuration file shipped with SAS and use the other FORMCHAR system option.
