If the window bar is on, it displays at the bottom of the main SAS window. SAS windows minimize to the window bar. You can bring
a window to the front by clicking on the window's button in the window bar. To open a file in an open application, you drag the file to the application's button in the window bar (which brings the
application to the front) and then drag the file to the application's window. When the window bar is off, SAS windows minimize to small title bars.
