To be eligible to graduate, students must submit a diploma application before the last day of the semester in which they plan to complete all degree requirements. Students who wish to have their name printed in the commencement ceremony program must submit their diploma application earlier in the semester (generally by April 1 for spring and summer graduates and by November 1 for fall graduates). Students who plan to complete all degree requirements in the summer should indicate the summer term on their diploma application, but are invited to participate in the spring commencement ceremony.
