Online Diploma Application
Beginning in Spring 2008, all diploma applications will be filed online using the Student Information System (SIS). Login to SIS and select the 'Diploma Application' option located under the Student Records menu. Below are some notes about submitting your diploma application online:
- Undergraduates— only Seniors are allowed to submit a diploma application.
- Graduate Students— you must have submitted an approved Graduation Clearance Form with the Graduate College before you may submit a diploma application. Contact the Graduate College if you are unable to submit your diploma application.
- Changing your Diploma Delivery Option — you may change your diploma delivery option online through the last day of finals week in your final semester.
- Changing your Expected Graduation Term — if you have filed a diploma application for a given semester and need to change your expected graduation date, you need to submit a Diploma Application Extension form with the Office of the Registrar in Stillwater or the Enrollment Services office at OSU-Tulsa. This form allows you to change the expected graduation term on your diploma application, and allows you to register for classes in the following semester.
Diploma Information
- Diplomas are available to students approximately 6 weeks after their graduation date.
- All Bursar accounts and Financial Aid holds holds must be cleared before we can release your diploma.
- If you selected the Express Mailer diploma delivery option, you will need to provide a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope (Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to the Office of the Registrar before graduation. The envelope should be large enough to hold an 8.5 inch by 11 inch diploma.
- To reorder a diploma, you will need to complete a Diploma Reorder Request.
The cost of replacement diplomas is $35.
