OSU OTRS Retirement Estimator

The OSU OTRS Retirement Estimator was developed to provide OSU employees with a tool to self-generate estimates of their monthly retirement income from the Oklahoma Teachers' Retirement System (OTRS). While both OSU and OTRS have spent considerable effort in developing this tool, the calculation results are only an estimate and are nonbinding. Employees that are approaching retirement should contact OTRS for an official estimate of benefits.

NOTE: SAVE the Estimator Workbook to your workstation
in order to calculate different scenarios.

Excel Workbook Macro Security - The OTRS Retirement Estimator Excel workbook uses Macros for some calculations. For the Estimator to function correctly, the Excel Macro Security Level must be set no higher than Medium. The Macro Security Level must be set before the Estimator workbook is open.

To check and/or reset the Excel Macro Security level, start Excel and go to Tools / Macro / Security, and select the Medium button on the Security Level tab. Also, when the workbook is loaded, click the "Enable Macros" button on the initial Security Warning dialogue box.
