Hey Everyone! Yes, I'm still around. Sorry it's taken a while for me to write my Len Duong report, I've just been a little busy. I hope everyone is having a great summer! Anyways, back to business ... I'll keep it short since I can't top Pauline's report anyway, great report Pauline! Let's see... the best thing about Len Duong.... hmmmm..... Oh, the girls of course! I'm just kidding :-) Well, actually I liked ALL of it, from the drive down to the drive back. It was all a very memorable experience. But the best is: I got to see how OSU and OU bonding together and the friendships that developed btw the two "rival" schools. What I liked the least .... humm .... there's some many that I can't pick from .... just kidding again. Actually there wasn't much that I didn't like, I even didn't mind the seeing this year (it was reduced a lot from last year). Maybe not getting enough sleep while at camp was my least favorite thing, I kept falling asleep during some of the keynote speakers, which was a shame b/c they were actually good. My over all impression of Len Duong ... IT ROCKED!!! It was my second time at Len Duong and I'm so glad I went, I learned a lot more this year just b/c I was ready for it. The last Len Duong trip made me more open and I benefitted from that this year. Len Duong really gives you a sense of who you are and a passion to find out who you are if you aren't really sure. All the facilitators and speakers did a great job. The camp was very well organized, it was also well organized last year. What really surprised me was how they really took the suggestions from last year's campers and applied it to this year. They really are out to improve this leadership camp and make it one of the best in America. My best memory ... humm .... was not having to drive as much on the way back, heheh j/k. I think it was bonding with Elizabeth and Patty from OU, while everyone was asleep on the drive back. Actually the whole thing was memorable and I can't pick anything in particular; from hanging out in the hotel room, eating at Chili's, watching Spider-Man, all the Len Duong events and competition, the speakers, saying good-bye for an hour :-), Bennigans, to dropping the last OSU campers at the end, it was all good. Thank you all. My recommendation is for all to go to Len Duong at least once and twice if you didn't like it the first time, the second time was so much better for me. It is a great experience, to be around others like you and share the same problems even though they are hundreds of miles away. Peace out to my OSU brothers and sisters and also my OU brother and sisters, even though they aren't going to be able to read this email. I'll miss you guys next year. Quyen
