10/22/02:

i just want to start off by saying that all of you from now on should plan on
having a habitat for humanity meeting every wednesday until shack-a-thon.  one
wednesday it'll be in CLB 108 and the other wednesday it'll be in the library
browsing room.  same time.... now that that's taken care of.

I really need everyone to be there wednesday and i know i'm giving you all short
notice but i hope you were planning on having a meeting anyways...  we need to
start rapping up all of our ideas and such and just be making a huge effort to
get "SHACK-A-THON" out there.  so far no one has sent me money.  granted more
than half the greek houses really haven't heard anything, but that's ok...if you
know someone in a greek house push the idea on them!
    anyways....please please please be there wednesday so we can help each other
out with coming up with final ideas and to put my mind a little at ease knowing
that we're on the right track.

just to make it easier on everyone...FROM NOW ON (unless I say otherwise) WE
WILL HAVE A MEETING EVERY WEDNESDAY.  for instance this Wednesday our meeting is
at 6:30pm.  meet on the south side of the library by the fountain.  the following
Wednesday is a regular chapter meeting.  so in other words, officers...Wednesday
is officially habitat day!  please please please be there!

for those of you who are in a sorority/fraternity talk up shack-a-thon with your
house.  if you live on campus in the dorms or apartments or suites...talk it up
with them too!  just think how great if would be if we had 20 groups
participating this year!  GET THE WORD OUT NOW!
