Wow, so four weeks have flown by. I hope everyone has had a good ride so far. With all the career fairs this week and assignments starting to ramp up, don't forget about Cru. After taking a new venue for last week, we will return to Ag. Hall 101 at 8 this Thursday for the weekly meeting. For all you Greeks out there, the Gathering is started up and meets Wednesday nights at 9 in the KD house (I think; someone correct me if I'm wrong). Bible studies/small groups are in full swing. For freshman, check out the list I posted earlier to find one; upperclassmen, talk to the staff or last years leader to find out when/where yours meets.

Check out the fall retreat website at http://www.fallretreat06.com, and remember to sign up this Thursday.

Friday night we are having a Play and Praise out at Boomer Lake from 7-9. Guys bring drinks, girls bring snacks. You can bring your chairs and blankets and come hang out. And rumor has it that there might be an after party, but you'll have to come to find out more.

Woohoo! We are done with a week and a half of school! And most importantly, college football is about to start! OSU kicks off Saturday, 6:00 pm @ the Boone; be there or be square. Come out and support your Cowboys.

On to more Cru related news, freshman Bible studies are starting this week. Fret not if you haven't found one. There are many throughout the week at different locations to find.

To start the semester, they will be studying the 4 Pillars of a Godly Woman/Man. Even if you miss the first week, come join us next week. When upperclassman studies are announced, they will be posted on here. See you all Thursday night!

I hope everyone is settling in to classes, finding their way around (for new people), getting houses/apartments/suites/dorm rooms set up, and are getting ready for a great fall. We are all ready to begin meeting again together; the first Cru meeting of the semester is Thursday, August 24, 8:00 @ Ag Hall 101. We hope to see lots of new faces to go with all the old people (like me). We are also having a Cru late night at the White Barn Estates, located at Lakeview and Jardot (northeast part of town: drive north on Perkins, turn right at Atwoods, WBE is on the left). We will have miniature golf, food, dancing, table shuffleboard, and good fellowship. The party starts at 7, so be there! This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, meet some new ones, and introduce those new to OSU to what Campus Crusade has to offer.

Hopefully we will have details Thursday night on Bible studies; I will post info on here when I get it.

Wow I haven't gotten on here in a while. I hope everyone has had a great summer and are ready to get back to OSU. With classes starting up in about a week and a half, you know what that means. You can start getting ready for Cru Thursday night meetings, Bible studies, Freshman Bashes, Fall Retreat, outreaches, new friends, old friends, growing in God, great teaching, great fellowship, great fun, memories, Winter Ball, and DWC '07; all before the next semester starts. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Stay tuned here for more info as it becomes available throughout the semester. Maybe I'll update more that once every two months.

Hello again everybody. I hope everyone's semester is going well so far. For those of you wondering when your next favorite Cru event is going to be, I have your answers right here.

Tuesdays, 11:45 4th floor of the Student Union- Prayer. Come and join us for a time of focusing on the campus, upcoming events, and other things that need praying for. Look for the group to be around the Case Studies.

Thursdays, 8:00 Ag Hall 101- weekly Campus Crusade meeting. We would love to see you on Thursday nights as we have a great time of singing, praying, and teaching. This semester we are studying the book of Ephesians. And brand new, come early for coffee!

Thursdays, after Cru- AfterCru. The location changes weekly, so check your Cru news or here for updates. A great time to fellowship and build relationships with others in Crusade.

Fridays, 3:00 Colvin Center- guy's basketball. Great time of just hanging out with the guys and getting sweaty.

Fridays, 4:00 Chili's- Chicks and Queso. Girls, this is your time to get together and talk about boys or shopping or whatever y'all talk about.
