Note: Members must attend at least 4 events and initiation to be considered active and to earn a free honor cord for graduation.

FALL 2004

EVENTS

September 1, 2004  

• AED Cookout - Location: Boomer Lake Shelter # 2

December 1, 2004  

• AED Initiation - Location: Bennett Memorial Chapel, Time: 6:00PM (New initiates need to be there by 5:30) Officer elections will be held after initiation.

MEETINGS

September 15, 2004  

• AED Meeting - Speaker: Dr. Scott Stubbs, an orthopedic surgeon, will hold a question and answer session on applying to medical school, specializing, and general problems in the field of medicine. Location: Case Study 3

September 29, 2004 

• AED Meeting - Speaker: Dr. Crawley, an otorhinolaryngologist, will speak on his practice, his experiences, and related topics. Location: Case Study 1

October 13, 2004

· AED Meeting - Speaker: Dr. Greg Garrett, a radiation oncologist, of Cancer Care Associates will speak on his specialty and related topics. Location: Case Study 1

October 27, 2004 

• AED Meeting - Speaker: Joe Hauser, from Southern College of Optometry, and Dr. Ramey, former OSU grad and practicing optometrist in Tulsa, will present information on admissions to and the curriculum at SCO and the field of optometry. Location: Conference Room 419

November 10, 2004 

• AED Meeting - Speaker: TBA, Location: Case Study 1, Applications for initiation due by 7:00PM at the meeting.

November 24, 2004 

· AED Meeting - No meeting due to Thanksgiving.
