The STEP project, a part of the Computer Assisted Technology Transfer program at Oklahoma State University, attempts to assist Small and Medium Sized Enterprises to understand and implement the ISO 10303, the Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data (STEP) and further understand the standard in academia and industry.
Within this project, a number of papers describing the STEP standard and its potential, especially to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises were developed. A set of slide presentations with narration were also developed.
The two principal investigators, Dr. John Nazemetz and Dr. Thomas Warren are also active in the development of STEP Application Protocols.
