Welcome to the MyPyramid dietary advice tutorials. These tutorials are divided into sections that are manageable in small time sequences. Before you begin any of the food group tutorials you should first view the introduction to dietary standards.

There are several food galleries that show photographs of a variety of portion sizes for foods in each food group. These pictures will help you identify the amounts of foods that you currently eat as well as illustrate the amount of space on a plate that different portion amounts occupy. For those of you learning to plan meals to meet recommendations these pictures should be very helpful.
