"From time to time an employee comes along that is super special. They are able to provide stability and competence to the tasks that are assigned to them. Rich has been one of these employees and he has been able to do it with a wonderful personality and sense of calm. He works with intensity and knowledge and a sense of urgency when needed and still keeps his wonderful sense of humor.

My supervisor, Barbara Dobson, often calls him 'Saint Rich'. He may not be a true saint but he can work miracles at University Mailing Services. When he leaves OSU there will be a very big hole to replace."
