SUMMARY of Eligibility Criteria (see the application form for complete details):
- must be full-time students pursuing degree, accepted into School of Engineering.
- cannot be awarded to Freshman or Senior who will be graduating on or before June 2007.
- must have minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on 4.0 scale (or 3.5 on 4.5 scale, etc.).
- must complete three forms: Candidate Background Information Form, Candidate Essay Form and Candidate Recommendation Form.
- must submit complete transcript.
- must be US citizen, resident alien or US national.
