Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Meeting Schedule and Deadlines for Submission of Appeals

The Faculty Appeals Committee meets periodically throughout the semester to review appeals for loss of financial aid due to academic progress requirements. Please refer to your Satisfactory Academic Progress letter to review the final deadline date for your appeal.

To ensure that the Committee has sufficient time to give full consideration to each appeal, all documentation must be submitted several days prior to the scheduled appeal meeting (see deadlines below):

• Wednesday, March 5, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on March 12.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, March 13, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, April 2, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on April 9, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, April 10, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, May 7, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on May 14, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, May 15, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, May 22, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on May 28, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, May 29, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, May 28, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on June 4, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, June 5, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, June 4, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on June 11, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, June 12, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, June 11, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on June 18, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, June 19, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, July 2, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on July 9, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, July 10, 2008.
   
• Wednesday, July 16, 2008 (5pm):
  Deadline to submit appeal to be heard by Committee on July 23, 2008.
  Appeal decisions will be available after noon on Thursday, July 24, 2008.
