As society moves on to a new era to establish its own membership, the Newsletter will serve as the communication channel between the members and its administrating organization. Beginning 2003, the printed version of newsletter will be bundled with NNS membership. In addition to what has been included in the past, Newsletter will highlight some state-of-the-art survey articles in the areas of interest to its membership. The topics such as evolutionary multi-objective optimization, particle swarm intelligence, data mining and knowledge extraction, fuzzy intelligent Internet, neuro-informatics, computational neuroscience, artificial life and artificial immune systems are a few examples.Your valuable comments will be greatly appreciated.
