Service Learning Course Development Grant--$700.00 for Stories Over Stillwater, principal investigator Developed program in which undergraduate students visit sites around the community to educate community members about literacy issues and to share quality children’s literature. |

12 Faculty Fellowship--$1,500.00, principal investigator. Funded a two-week partnership at Baylor University. Led writer’s workshops, shared research into children’s moral meaning-making, collaborated with faculty on a potential research agenda and on integrating curriculum at the college level. |

Service-Learning Course Development Grant--$6,000.00 for Excellence in Collaborative Experiential Learning, co-investigator. With five faculty peers, developed an innovative program in which traditionally separate methods block classes are taught as an integrated whole in a field based setting. Program stresses curricular integration, inquiry-based learning, and meaningful collaboration between university and public school faculty and administration. |
