COE Alumni Association 21st Century Freshman Scholarship

Undergraduate - (up to $1000)                       

1. Must be enrolled as a freshman student in the COE at OSU

COE Alumni Association Centennial Undergraduate  Scholarship        

Undergraduate – (up to $1000)            

1. Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in the COE at OSU

COE Alumni Association Minority Scholarship

Graduate / Undergraduate – (up to $600)

1. Must be enrolled as a minority student in the COE at OSU

COE Associates Scholarship

Graduate / Undergraduate – (up to $1000)

1. Must be enrolled in the COE at OSU
2. Must be a full-time undergraduate student or a graduate student carrying at least 6 hours
3. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be considered for this scholarship

James Leonard Prince Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Graduate-(up to $900)

1. Must be a graduate student admitted to a doctoral program with any academic department in the COE

Lotven Family Endowed Scholarship

Graduate-(up to $1,000)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the College of Education at OSU
2. Must be a graduate student in an College of Education discipline
3. Financial need will be a major consideration
4. Must meet the minimum standards for teacher certification

COE Alumni Association 21st Century Graduate Scholarship

Graduate

1. Must be enrolled as a graduate student at Oklahoma State University

J. Andrew Holley Memorial Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $1,000)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the COE at OSU

Kim R. Watson President’s Distinguished Scholarship Award

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $500)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the COE at OSU
2. Must show outstanding leadership ability as demonstrated through participation in school and community activities
3. Must also meet the minimum academic standards that have been established for the President’s Distinguished Scholars program

*This scholarship is to be granted for a period of four years, subject to an annual review to determine if the recipient is still in compliance with the scholarship criteria.*

Colleen and George McMullen Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $800)

1. Must be a full time student majoring in the College of Education at OSU

Vera Jones Chauncey Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $900)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the COE at OSU
2. Must be a female Native American student, certificate of tribal affiliation required
3. Must show interest, concern and willingness to serve her community
4. Financial need may be considered; however, dedication/vocation to education has greater merit
5. Scholarship is a continuing award as long as recipient is in good academic standing

Frank L. and Carol D. Morsani Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $1,000)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time graduate or undergraduate student in the COE at OSU

*Three graduate and one undergraduate student will be selected each year.

Drs. Mary and Moses Frye Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $500)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the COE at OSU
2. First preference shall be given to Native American students

John C. and Caroline S. Linehan Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate-(up to $1,000)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the COE at OSU
2. First preference shall be given to an incoming freshman who has been in a foster home or in an out-of-home placement through a state licensed facility
3. Second preference shall be given to a sophomore, junior or senior who has been in a foster home or in an  out-of-home placement through a state licensed facility
4. Third preference shall be given to a Native American student
5. Scholarship will not be awarded to any student who will receive financial assistance in excess of $5,000 per year
6. The scholarship may be awarded for up to four years, provided the student maintains the following GPA on a 4.0 scale: 2.5-entering sophomore year; 2.75-entering junior year; 3.0-entering senior year

Ora A. Henderson Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate-(up to $1,000)

1. Must be a student enrolled in the COE at OSU
2. Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior
3. Selection will be based upon academic achievement, leadership and need

Kenneth L. & Peggy J. King Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate-(up to $600)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the COE at OSU
2. Must have earned a minimum of 3.5 GPA
3. Must be classified at the sophomore level or above
4. Preference shall be given, but not limited to, a student from a rural high school
5. Must not be a recipient of multiple awards

Gene Waits Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate-(up to $700)

1. Must be enrolled as a full time student in the College of Education at OSU
2. Must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA
