Each year, a committee from the College of Education selects the Top Ten Senior students who have demonstrated exceptional qualities of leadership, academic excellence, service to the community and dedicated service to their chosen field of study. These students have completed 90 or more credit hours, 24 of which must be at OSU, and they are eligible to graduate during this academic year. The selection committee is made up of faculty and staff who are members of the College's Student Affairs Committee.
This year’s COE Top Ten Seniors are Lauren Ellis, Dax Graham, Jennifer Fink, Amanda Glasgow, Jacqueline Denise Hill, Miriam LoPresto, Adam McPhail, Irene Meyer, Phillip Jack Parr, and Ashley Dawn Tate.
COE has many highly qualified Graduate Assistants and their service they provide to the college is greatly appreciated. To honor them, this year the college selected four outstanding graduate assistants based on their teaching and /or service to their school.
The COE Outstanding Graduate Assistants are Michelle Atkins, Larry “Shawn” Bassham, Elizabeth Elias, and Sylvia Muse.
