ETM 5241 - Strategic Project Management
1 Credit Hour
Prerequisite: Admission to the MSETM program or consent of instructor
This course presents a brief overview of traditional project management techniques (i.e., Gantt Charts, PERT, CPM) along with several technical issues related to their effective use. The course also addresses the fundamental nature of the problem associated with the effectively managing and coordinating multiple discrete projects within an overall systems integration initiative. A framework for addressing this problem is suggested.
