**SCH = semester credit hour.  To find the cost of a one-credit-hour class you would multiply 1 X $275.00=$275.00.
For a three-credit-hour class you would multiply 3 X $275.00=$825.00.  This would be the same for any of the
           tuition rates listed above.**

These charges do not include the cost of books or course materials.  Occasionally students may also need to assume the costs of overnight mail, fax charges or long distance phone charges to return assignments or participate in conference calls.

Billing Procedures:

Outreach Enrollment:
(Distance Learning Students) Approximately three weeks into the semester (after the drop/add period), charges for tuition will be placed on your OSU Bursar's account by Engineering Outreach.  Students will typically receive a statement from the Bursar's office during the second month of the semester.  The balance can be paid in full or if partial payment is made, finance charges will be calculated and the balance will be billed the following month.  All bursar's accounts must be paid in full before the student is allowed to register for classes the following semester. If you have questions or concerns about finance charges or methods of paying your bursar account please call the Bursar's Office at 405-744-5993.   Questions or concerns about the amounts charged to your bill should be directed to Rose Mangold, Eng. Outreach, mangold@okstate.edu.

  • Corporate Reimbursement Plans:  In cases where a third party is reimbursing the student for tuition, the student is responsible for any finance charges accrued during the period from receipt of the statement until the bill is paid in full.
