A final, accurate plan
of study must be filed
in the Graduate College
by the end of the second
week of the semester in
which the student plans
to graduate. The process
a student should follow
to revise a plan of
study is described
below:
1. Check with your
advisor to see if there
is an approved plan of
study in your
departmental file. If
yes then go to Step 2,
otherwise contact the
graduate school to
determine the further
course of action.
2. Your advisor will
make a copy of your
approved plan of study
and return the approved
plan of study to your
departmental file.
3. Use the copy to
prepare a revised plan
of study with the help
of your advisor. Any
incorrect information
must be crossed out and
new information must be
added by hand. Remember
that your advisor must
initial all
changes-deletions and
additions.
4. Take the revised plan
of study to Paulette.
Paulette will make two
copies.
5. Take the revised plan
of study to the Graduate
College. Paulette will
place one copy of the
revised plan of study in
your departmental file.
The second copy is for
you.
