All of the general education courses required to become a pharmacist
may be completed at OSU. To become a registered pharmacist, students must
transfer to an accredited pharmacy program. OSU students planning to complete
all their education in Oklahoma have the following choices:

After completing the following list of courses, OSU students should be able to apply to either program because the course requirements are similar. Admissions policies vary somewhat at the two schools, so students should contact the admissions directors personally.

Students must take at least one upper division General Education course. (Zool 3204 qualifies)
ELECTIVES: Make up the balance of hours needed to equal 60 hours.
GRADEPOINT REQUIREMENT: Both schools require at least a 2.0 gpa in all college course work attempted and a "C" or better in all required courses.
PHARMACY COLLEGE ADMISSION TEST: Both schools require students to take the PCAT before application.
