Strengthening Oklahoma's Food-Processing Industry
Purpose of the Center
Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University have
made a commitment to expand support for the value-added industry in order
to enhance economic development in the state. The Oklahoma Food and Agricultural Products Research and Technology Center, which is an integral
part of the strategy, will provide research, extension, and service to support
existing and new enterprises in the food and agricultural products processing
industry.
