If the number of curculio caught is equal to or exceeds 0.1 curculio per trap per day for fresh market peaches or 0.2 curculio per trap per day for processing peaches, then control measures should begin.

Greater or Lesser Peach Tree Borer

If initial emergence is monitored accurately then treatment can be timed approximately 8-10 days after first male catch or when 1-2 larvae per tree are noticed.
