2002 SARE Field Day

Garland, Arkansas

The field day was held on April 25, 2002 at 2:00 P.M.  Topics discussed were: disease and insect management in native pecans and sustainable native pecan management.  Speakers at the field day included:

    Dr. Sharon von Broembsen, Extension Plant Pathologist, OSU

    Dr. Phil Mulder, Extension Entomologist, OSU

    Dr. Dean McCraw, Extension Horticulturist, OSU

The field day concluded at 5:00 P.M. with a barbeque prepared by the Miller County Master Gardners.
