A review of literature
creative component is a library study in which you attempt to solve
a problem through a review of the literature on the problem and a
synthesis of that literature. The creative component should include:
CHAPTER I
Problem statement
- Includes need for the study, importance, assumptions, and other
rationale behind the problem.
Objectives,
questions, or hypotheses which will be answered through the study.
CHAPTER II
Review of the
literature - Organized in a logical sequence and divided into
sections.
CHAPTER III
Summary of
the literature - A summary of the important points.
Conclusions
- A synthesis of the summary in your own words stating how you feel
your findings in the literature answer the problem.
Recommendations
- What you would recommend be done about the problem based on your
feelings.
Bibliography - 10 to 25 sources recommended in most cases (journals,
books, etc.).
