They must be printed, completed and mailed to the office indicated on each form along with any application fees.

It is important to include your full legal name on all applications.

Concurrent High School Students

The Concurrent Student Application is designed for high school students who wish to apply for academic study at the undergraduate level, while still completing their high school education. High school students who meet the performance requirements may begin to participate in concurrent enrollment as early as their junior year.

In order to ensure that we have permission from your school and parent or legal guardian, this form must be completed each semester you wish to attend OSU as a concurrent student.

US Citizens and Permanent Residents

The electronic Admissions/Scholarship Application may be used by US Citizens, Permanent Residents and International Applicants. International applicants must also fill out and submit the financial guarantee which can be found at: www.gradcollege.okstate.edu/download/pdf/FinancialGuarantee.pdf

Please note: The printable versions of these applications are designed for US citizens and US permanent resident aliens applying for academic study at the undergraduate level. If you are an international student you need to go to the International Guide to Admissions below to obtain the necessary information for admission to Oklahoma State University. For purposes of admission, an international student is defined as a student who is a citizen or permanent resident of a country other than the United States and who is or will be temporarily in the United States in a non-immigrant status.
