Assistants / Associates
Eligibility Information
Oklahoma State University is providing
health insurance coverage to a defined group of Graduate Assistants
and Associates. This coverage is set to begin January 1st, 2001.
Eligibility is based on meeting three criteria. First, your
employment assignment must be in one of six job codes listed below.

the person responsible in your department responsible for completing
employment action forms:
Non-Teaching/Non-Research Code

Second, your work assignment
must equal at least .25 FTE and you must be enrolled in at least 9
credit hours or
Third, your work assignment must equal at least .50 FTE and you must
be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours during the spring and fall
semesters or 4
hours during the summer semester. This credit hour requirement is waived if the
current term is your final semester and you have filed a diploma
request.
